The Annual Giving Society is named after Dwight D. Eisenhower, whose dedicated service took him from five-star general to the White House. He once confided to a friend, that having his name on a medical center was “the greatest honor I have ever received.”
I started donating to the annual fund when my fiancé went through cancer treatment here at Eisenhower. His life was saved by the remarkable care he received from all the medical professionals who treated him during that five-year battle. I wanted to give back to those who helped him, so future patients get the same great care.
