Harm reduction in the leather, kink, and fetish communities focuses on minimizing potential negative consequences and maximizing safety, pleasure, and emotional well-being. Based on the core principles of care, communication, consent, and caution (the "4 Cs"), harm reduction acknowledges that kink can carry inherent physical and emotional risks, which can be mitigated through education and safe practices.

This lecture series is presented in partnership with Palm Springs Leather Order of the Desert (PSLOD) as part of Leather Pride Weekend. No ticket or any leather gear required to attend this free education session at hotel ZOSO. Other lectures in the series include:
