Spirometry, which measures the amount of air that a person can blow out of their lungs, is the most common test of lung and/or pulmonary function. It is an important tool for diagnosing certain respiratory conditions, such as asthma or other lung disorders, and for monitoring lung function changes over time. Join Nadia Jensen, RCP, RRT, Respiratory Case Manager, and Jamie Balius, RCP, Respiratory Coordinator, for a discussion on respiratory health, how to manage your medications, and why you should be screened.
Respiratory screenings will be offered on a first come, first served basis following the lecture.
