Topics include rights and benefits available under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and state laws, including how to reasonable accommodations and take job-protected leave. Considerations around disclosing a medical diagnosis, tips for returning to an existing job and applying the new jobs, and handling applications and interviews will be discussed.
