Opportunities for Q&A, sharing and education among those who face heart event issues, their caregivers and health care professionals.
Individuals with heart disease, their families, friends, health care professionals and general public are invited to attend the Mended Hearts Program of Coachella Valley. Mended Hearts is dedicated to "inspiring hope and improving the quality of life for heart disease patients and their families through ongoing peer-to-peer support" and to participate in education and rehabilitation promotion.
The group meets on the second Thursday monthly, October through June, from 6 to 8 p.m. Attend either in person at the Annenberg Health Sciences Building or virtually. Each session features a different guest speaker.
