Violeta L. Delgado, MD

Violeta Delgado, MD, is a primary care physician seeing patients at the Eisenhower Health Center in Indio, CA.  Dr. Delgado earned her medical degree in Mexicali, Mexico and completed a family medicine residency program at Eisenhower Health.  She was raised in southern California and Mexico and is a native Spanish speaker. As a family medicine specialist, she sees all ages of patients from newborns to 100+ years of age.

Excelling is sciences what a big motivator in her desire to pursue medicine as a career. "I knew I wanted a career where I interacted with people," states Dr. Delgado. "Couple with my interested in the sciences, it was a natural path.

"I always wanted to be a primary care physician and am so excited to be able to provide health care to the Spanish speaking community in the Coachella Valley. Being able to communicate your health needs in your native language provides advantages to receiving the best care possible."

Dr. Delgado values lasting relationships with patients and their families, taking time to understand their needs, lifestyles, and goals. She believes trust is essential to personalized care and helps patients feel supported throughout their health journey.
