After graduating magna cum laude from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and cell biology, Dr. Chang attended medical school at the University of Southern California. He completed his residency program in internal medicine at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital and his diagnostic radiology residency at UCLA Medical Center. Additionally, Dr. Chang completed his fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at UCLA.
Specializing in interventional radiology, Dr. Chang has been with Eisenhower Medical Center for five years. He is board certified in radiology and diagnostic radiology.
“I chose the field of radiology because of its significant impact upon the practice of medicine, assisting physicians of all specialties in their management of patients,” says Dr. Chang. “Additionally, the field is constantly evolving, using the most advanced technology in order to impact upon patient care.”
