Paige Dubin, MD, is a primary care physician seeing patients in Rancho Mirage. She recently finished her residency with Eisenhower Health and has now joined Eisenhower’s medical staff. In addition to her medical degree, Dr. Dubin earned a Master of Science degree in Global Medicine from the University Of Southern California Keck School Of Medicine.
Dr. Dubin’s mother is a dermatologist and she grew up in a medical family. “Seeing my mother’s love of medicine was contagious,” states Dr. Dubin. “I love getting to know people and helping them, which makes primary care such a great fit vocationally for me. I always wanted to become a primary care physician and never wavered in that desire throughout my medical training. I love the variety that primary care affords – you never know who or what is going to come through the door!”
As she gets to know her patients, Dr. Dubin seeks to focus on their needs, learn about their families, lifestyle and understand their goals as it relates to their health. She is especially interested in geriatric medicine and is looking forward to continuing to care for many of the patients she saw while in the Eisenhower Health Internal Medicine Residency Program.
“I love providing comprehensive continuity of care to patients. I not only treat a health issue, I want to know why that health issue occurred. Looking at my patients in a holistic manner provides me with the information I need to best care for them within their objectives.”
