Summary

The purpose is to enhance special procedures nurses’ team dynamics and self-efficacy in recognizing the need to call a code blue using of high-fidelity simulation training in the Sim Lab and/or Special Procedures Unit. Ultimately, this project aims to improve the quality of CPR and code blue outcomes with consideration of all established/accepted standards/policies at Eisenhower Health.
