Support
If you have been diagnosed with lung cancer, you will receive a call from a Lung Cancer Nurse Navigator who will:
- Help you understand your diagnosis
- Coordinate your care
- Assess if you have any barriers to getting treatment
- Education on available resources
You will be provided with a direct line to the Nurse Navigator who will be available to answer questions and guide you through the process of your cancer diagnosis, treatment and care.
