Meet the Advisors

	Gabriel (Gabe) Aguirre is Senior Vice President at 111 Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley. A Santa Ana native, Gabe lives in Palm Desert with his wife Armida, son Juan Pablo and daughter Catalina. He loves the small community feeling in the desert, and he is bound to know someone wherever he goes.
	Claudio Bravo migrated to the desert from Concepcion, Chile in 2006 and started a real estate business in the Coachella Valley. Today, he is CEO of Bravo Development. He is married to Barbara and have two children.
	Norma Castañeda, MBA is a business development and operations strategist recognized for her improvements of operational efficiencies, project planning and rapid revenue growth. Born and raised in the Coachella Valley, she understands the needs of the community.
	Victor Cisneros, MD was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico but was raised in Anaheim, California. He graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona where he received his B.S. in Biotechnology and a minor in Chemistry. He obtained his medical degree (MD), masters of public health (MPH), and later board certification in public health (CPH) at UC Irvine School of Medicine.
	Lucas Coronel is Owner/Broker of Hacienda Agency, Inc., a real estate firm based in La Quinta since 2007. He is also a Partner of Hacienda Home Loans, Inc. A Coachella Valley native since birth, he knows and understands the challenges of our Beautiful Desert.
	Celeste Gonzalez has been a bilingual multi-media marketing professional for over 18 years. Born and raised in the Coachella Valley, Celeste’s passion is helping companies of all sizes, for profit, non-profit and government organizations grow and educate the local Spanish language community. She is committed to serve her local community in the best way possible with the intention of making it a great place for her family and all local community
	Pedro Rincon is partner at Osborne Rincon CPAs and has been a resident of the Coachella Valley for over 24 years residing in Bermuda Dunes. Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, Pedro attended and graduated from USC where he met his wife Brenda. They have one daughter, Sarah, who recently graduated from Georgia Tech. Pedro is involved in many community organizations and is on the Eisenhower Board of Trustees.
	Monica Vazquez, raised in the Coachella Valley from the age of nine, witnessed first-hand the tremendous growth of the desert. Monica has worked at Eisenhower Health Foundation department for 16 years in various positions, including Director of Donor Engagement and Events, and most recently, Director of Community Giving. She has made it her goal to help the community that saw her grow and helped her develop into a professional.
