How It Works

We are pleased to send a personalized card on your behalf with the specifics of your Memorial or Tribute Gift. It will be sent immediately to the person or family you request. The amount of your gift will remain confidential. You will be sent an acknowledgement of the contribution for tax purposes.

We feel so fortunate to have Dr. Peter Schulz in our lives. He’s been with us for decades and is always there in a crisis. He’s like family, so it was important for us to acknowledge that and donate in his honor.
