We are pleased to send a personalized card on your behalf with the specifics of your Memorial or Tribute Gift. It will be sent immediately to the person or family you request. The amount of your gift will remain confidential. You will be sent an acknowledgement of the contribution for tax purposes.

When I was 12, my mother was brought to Eisenhower with a dangerous infection, and they saved her life. Little did I know, I would come to work here and have a successful career, where I’m able to help cancer patients and survivors. Eisenhower has played an important role in my life and I’m very grateful.
