Join Edward McDonald, DO, fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Surgery, as he explains various types of ankle fractures - including lateral, medial, posterior malleolus, bimalleolar, and trimalleolar fractures. Learn about the various methods, like stress X-rays and CT scans, experts use to diagnose an ankle fracture, the role of ligaments in stability, and surgical treatments to ensure proper alignment and recovery.
