It is the policy of Information Services not to interfere with or support the operation or settings of Non-Eisenhower-Health computers. Therefore, the Help Desk is not authorized to assist you if you are having trouble connecting to any Eisenhower application from any PC device that is not connected to the Eisenhower Health network.
It is recommended that the following requirements are necessary to log into Eisenhower web applications from a Non-Eisenhower-Health computer through an Internet Service Provider:
- Use Google Chrome
- Do Not have any 3rd party browser toolbars installed. (Google, Yahoo, etc.)
- Disable Pop-up blocking
