Please note that each Eisenhower Urgent Care location is a hospital-based service, which has different billing requirements than other, stand-alone urgent care clinics. Your visit to Eisenhower Urgent Care will be billed as an office visit (rather than an urgent care visit) and your insurance provider may process it as an “out-of-network” service, resulting in an additional cost to you beyond the co-pay. This information will be also provided in the electronic conditions of treatment document you will sign as part of your visit should you choose to receive care.
