Restorative Yoga for Women (Tuesdays)

Finding relaxation in our everyday lives can be challenging. This class is 75 minutes of me time and is fully supported in a restorative yoga practice. This caqn be a deeply healing practice and is a way to bring harmony and peace to an often hectic life. This class is prop intensive through the use of blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps, sand bags and eye covers.
Class meets Tuesdays, 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.. on Eisenhower Medical Center campus in Rancho Mirage at the Bannan Building, Suite 1207.
Class fee payable in advance.
Drop In Fee: $20 Eisenhower Wellness Institute member; $24 non-member.
Eisenhower employee drop-in rate: $12 each.
6 Classes Prepaid: $108 Eisenhower Wellness Institute member; $132 non-member.
12 Classes Prepaid: $204 Eisenhower Wellness Institute member; $252 non-member.
