Managing your diabetes can be overwhelming – let us empower you with useful and fun ways to care for yourself. These interactive sessions will be led by Family Medicine Resident Physicians from the Eisenhower Center for Family Medicine.

Meets every Thursday, 6 to 7 p.m. Light, health-conscious refreshments will be offered.
