This class is on hiatus until further notice. We hope to be able to return to in person classes in Fall 2022. 

Better Balance is a class designed to help improve balance through a combination of stretching, strengthening and stimulating the sense that control your balance.

The class meets every Tuesday and Thursday, 11 a.m. to noon.

Physician consent form and pre-registration required.

Class runs year-round with the exception of the weeks of Christmas and New Years' Day.
