Healing Sound Meditation for Cancer Patients and Survivors

Using a variety of healing sound techniques, this class provides the space to experience relief from stress and anxiety - balancing mind, body and spirit, allowing a sense of revitalized energy, creativity and motivation on the path to healing and wellness. 

Offered second and fourth Tuesday of each month, 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Eisenhower Lucy Curci Cancer Center

**Participants need to have a mat, pillow and blanket**

Cancer Information and Support Groups are open to all, whether your treatment has yet to begin, you are presently in treatment or your treatment is completed.
