Depression 101

This group is designed to be part educational and part support group for those suffering from mild to moderate symptoms of depression. We will examine the causes of depression and how thinking styles and maladaptive behavior patterns sustain depressive symptoms. You will learn behavioral strategies for managing depression as well as challenging negative thinking patterns and utilizing coping skills to create a personalized plan to manage symptoms.

Meets every Thursday, 9 to 10 a.m. for six weeks, beginning January 11.

Group therapy is covered by most major insurances. All community members are invited to participate. For more information and to register, call 760-837-8767
