Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique that aims to harmonize the body, mind and spirit. Join us for this monthly Reiki class is designed specifically for cancer patients, survivors and their caregivers. Sessions offer a safe and peaceful space to experience deep relaxation and stress reduction - which can help support emotional and physician well-being throughout the cancer journey.
Class meets the third Tuesday of the month, 1 to 2 p.m.
