When faced with a serious or life-threatening illness, palliative care, hospice and spiritual care can offer additional supportive care to patients and families.

Join Diana Evans, RN, Palliative Care Coordinator, Eisenhower Health; Susan Mills, RN, President, Reliance Hospice, and Rev. Jeff Bert, Director, Spiritual Care, Eisenhower Health; for a discussion on the benefits of each program and how and when they can be accessed along the healthcare journey.
