As men living with HIV age, urologists encounter a distinct set of genitourinary issues influenced by chronic infection and age-related comorbidities. This lecture reviews common conditions including lower urinary tract symptoms, sexual dysfunction, hypogonadism, nephrolithiasis, recurrent infections and genitourinary malignancies, with an emphasis on screening, risk stratification and surgical decision-making. Practical, evidence-based approaches to optimizing quality of life in this population will be discussed.
