From Pandemic to Present: Eisenhower's Unique Approach to Nursing Retention and Recruitment

Join Ben Farber, Vice President, Patient Care and Chief Nursing Officer, for a discussion focusing on the recruitment and retention program Eisenhower began building during the COVID-19 pandemic. The conversation will include an explanation of the unique ways Eisenhower focused on nursing to ensure stabilization of the workforce to best meet nursing needs during challenging times. This presentation was selected for presentation at the largest nursing conference in the nation in 2025 and is a great opportunity to learn how Eisenhower contributes to nursing knowledge on a national scale.

Attend in-person at the Annenberg Health Sciences Building, which will be immediately followed by the monthly meeting of Mended Hearts of the Coachella Valley, or virtually.
