Intensive cardiac rehab is a medically supervised program incorporating exercise, nutrition and a healthy mindset. Join Cynthia Clark, MS, EP and Samantha Schoneman, MPH, RDN, to learn how cardiac rehab and nutrition empower individuals to build sustainable lifestyle changes for a stronger and healthy heart.

Attend in-person at the Annenberg Health Sciences Building, which will be immediately followed by the monthly meeting of Mended Hearts of the Coachella Valley, or virtually.

Select In-Person of Virtual preference at registration. Link to virtual lecture is emailed after registration.
