Sports Medicine: Injury Prevention for the Aging Athlete

Join Daniel Rochin, MD, Board Certified in Family Medicine and fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine, for a discussion about common sports-related injuries seen in active older adults, with focus on local professional sports like MLS, BNP Paribas Open and the Coachella Valley Firebirds. Learn more about imaging considerations and evidence-based nonoperative management (regenerative medicine like PRP, A2M, Prolotherapy, MFAT, BMAC). Dr. Rochin will touch on staying generally fit as we age, rehabilitation pearls, and comprehensive weekend warrior care to include diet, exercise, supplements, and office-based procedures like dry needling and shockwave.
