Every cell, tissue and organ in your body needs water to function well. Individual needs vary based on your personal health, how active you are and where you live (heads up, desert dwellers), but an easy goal is half your weight in ounces. Cheers!

Take in the Sunshine
Our bodies’ circadian rhythms - which tells us when to wake and sleep - rely on natural light. Getting up and outside in the morning helps to reset our systems, encourage sleep and even improve mood.

Make it a Habit
Ready to make a change? Start small with a goal that’s easy to achieve each day. Want to meditate? Start with 1 minute when you wake. Want to read more? How about a page before bed? Before long, your consistency will become part of your daily routine.

Cleaning out the Closets
It’s time to declutter the clothes, shoes and accessories that have been gathering dust. Anything with a price tag, that you haven’t worn in a year, or doesn’t fit your body or lifestyle should go. If it’s in decent shape, consider donating to a local thrift shop so someone else can enjoy the item.

Digital Detox
Excessive technology use could negatively impact mental health and relationships. Take a break from devices and social media and schedule time away from screens, adjust your settings to limit certain apps, utilize airplane mode or try going an entire day disconnected from the internet.
