    • A Narrow Escape From Paralysis

      Last March, Yolanda Maston was days, possibly hours or minutes, away from being paralyzed from the neck down and spending the rest of her life in a wheelchair. Thanks to the keen diagnostic eye of her primary care physician and the skill of her neurosurgeon, however, today she’s back on the golf course, playing with her grandchildren and simply living her life — an outcome she characterizes as a miracle.
