Tiffany Bell Davlantes is a Family/Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over 35 years of nursing experience. She is part of the Eisenhower Primary Care 365 program and sees adult and pediatric patients in Rancho Mirage.
Her role as an advanced practice provider in primary care, in the context of the health care team as a whole, is to bring positive health change through wellness promotion, prevention, and education. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), a Pedatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC) and a Pediatric Emergency Nurse (CPEN).
Having completed a Diploma in Nursing from Kelsey Institute of Applied Arts and Science in Saskatoon Saskatchewan, Canada, she went on to receive her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Samuel Merritt/St. Mary’s College of California in Oakland, and two Masters of Science degrees in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner and Quality Assurance, both from California State University Dominguez Hills. She also completed a post graduate certificate as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University, St. Louis, MO.
Mrs. Davlantes worked as a junior volunteer in high school which ignited her passion for medicine — specifically pediatrics. She chose to pursue a career in nursing due to the diversity and flexibility the role afforded her, rather than a traditional medicine approach. After earning her nursing degree she became a traveling nurse which opened up a variety of experiences in different locations, creating invaluable experience in emergency/trauma medicine and pediatrics.
As Tiffany Bell Davlantes pursued her advanced nursing degrees, she continued to embrace the family practice and pediatric role. “Family practice is a bit like emergency department in that you never know what the next appointment will bring—I love the variety”, states Mrs. Davlantes. “I have seen a four day-old and a 100 year-old on the same day.”
Tiffany is married and the mother of three beautiful daughters. Having lived in the desert for more than 25 years, she has established close personal and professional ties to the community resulting in a collaborative relationship within the medical community of the Coachella Valley.
