Hessam Mahdavi, MD

Dr. Mahdavi began his career as a chiropractic physician in Orange County, California, where he ran a successful practice for five years prior to obtaining his medical degree and completing his residency at Michigan State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

In addition to treating musculoskeletal conditions, Dr. Mahdavi has extensive training in nutrition, integrated medicine and hormonal management issues for both men and women.

"As long as I can remember, I was always fascinated by the functions of the human body. Having personal issues with low back pain as a teenager, seeing family and friends suffer with their own health issues and witnessing how physicians and other health care providers can make such an impact in one's life, I knew that I wanted to be in the health care field. This is my passion. It is a profound privilege to be given an opportunity to make that kind of difference in someone's life."
