Dr. Wolff completed his residency program at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. He has served as a hospitalist providing inpatient care at various hospitals, most recently at Eisenhower Health. He has had his own primary care private practice and has served as a hospice medical director. "I am at the point in my career where I want to get back to outpatient primary care," states Dr. Wolff. "I enjoy the longer-term relationships with patients that primary care affords."
While in art school in New York City, Dr. Wolff was influenced by a physician aligned with preventive medicine and lifestyle medicine, which prompted him to change careers and go to medical school. "Preventive medicine and a health and wellness medical approach has finally been embraced by our national medical community," states Dr. Wolff. "Keeping patients well and helping patients return to wellness is a focus of my practice. Lifestyle changes are difficult. I see my role as a medical expert, but also as a teacher and a coach."
Dr. Wolff is still an artist with a ceramics studio in his house and is a committed to fitness, serving as a fitness coach in his free time at a local gym.
