    Dr. Moore earned his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and spent five years working in Silicon Valley before pursuing a career in medicine. He went on to complete a Master of Public Health at the University of California, Berkeley, followed by his medical degree at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in Portland.

    He completed a four-year family medicine residency at OHSU, where he served as Chief Resident. He then completed an American Medical Association funded fellowship in LGBTQ+ Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, with advanced training in HIV care, gender-affirming care, and High Resolution Anoscopy (HRA).

    Dr. Moore is certified as an HIV specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine. His clinical interests include HIV primary care, preventive medicine and the treatment of substance use disorders.

    He is committed to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care with an emphasis on prevention and long-term health. "I aim to help patients stay ahead of illness, not just respond to it," he says. "In HIV care, a proactive approach can make a meaningful difference in long-term health and quality of life."
