The Clinic is located on the first floor at the back of the Valley Medical Group building. Turn on Cheyenne Road off of Dr. Carreon Drive and turn left into the parking lot. You will see the Valley Medical Group building, drive to the back side of the building to park and enter Dr. Vazquez's office.
