Located at the Eisenhower Health Center in Cathedral City - South, the Eisenhower Charles Rechlin Outpatient Treatment Center provide medication assisted therapy (MAT) outpatient services for people dealing with addiction and substance use disorders
Services
- Medication assisted therapy (MAT) for alcohol use disorder, nicotine use and opiod use disorder
- Buprenorphine induction
- Outpatient withdrawal management for all substances
- Consultation and advice on de-prescribing benzodiazepine and opiates
- Referral to behavioral treatment for substance use to all of the rehabilitation facilities in the valley, including local methadone clinic
- Consultation for assessment of level of care for substance use
- Harm reduction services/Narcan® distribution
- Contingency management for methamphetamine use disorder

Referrals
Referrals from the emergency department, hospital (inpatient), outpatient clinics and self-referrals are accepted. Call 760-773-4200 or fax to 760-773-4285.
Process
For internal referrals received through EPIC and referrals received from external providers, our staff will call the patient and schedule and appointment as soon as possible. When we are contacted with a self-referral, we will schedule an assessment appointment as soon as possible.
