Eisenhower Rheumatology Clinic
SECOND LOCATION COMING SOON! Eisenhower is pleased to announce that a second Rheumatology clinic will open on the main campus in Rancho Mirage in summer 2025.
We all have general musculoskeletal pains from time to time that last for just a few days. When pain in joints, muscles, neck, back or bones is severe and persistent for more than a few days, you should see your doctor. Everyday symptoms can actually be related to a much more complex rheumatic condition.
Rheumatic diseases are difficult to identify in their early stages but at the Eisenhower Rheumatology Clinic, our experts are trained to evaluate symptoms to diagnose and treat your condition, whether an automimmune condition like rheumatoid arthritis (RA) or lupus or an inflammatory condition like gout. They know it is imperative to find the correct diagnosis as rapidly as possible to begin appropriate treatment because many of these disorders respond best to treatment in the early stages of disease.
Many rheumatic conditions change or evolve, which may necessitate more than one office visit before a definitive diagnosis is achieved. The diagnostic process usually includes a complete medical history, physical examination and, if indicated, blood tests and X-rays.
