Long COVID Panel Discussion

In the United States alone, it is estimated that 20 to 30 million Americans have long COVID symptoms, many in their 20s and 30s. Some individual’s symptoms resolve after three to six months, while others have symptoms beyond two or three years. Many have been unable to return to work.

The long COVID panel discussion will include Eisenhower physicians

  • James Gaede, MD, Board Certified in Family Medicine and certified as an HIV Specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine
  • Seymour Young, MD, Board Certified in Neurology and Psychiatry
  • Eisenhower Epidemiologist Patricia Cummings, PhD
  • Jennifer Chevinsky, MD, Board Certified in Preventive Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine and serving as Deputy Public Health Officer for Riverside County Public Health and Assistant Professor for the Department of Preventive Medicine and School of Public Health, Loma Linda University. 

Eisenhower physician Justin Thomas, MD, Board Certified in Pulmonary Medicine, Interventional Pulmonary Disease, Internal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine, will moderate the discussion.

This panel discussion will be held in person at the Annenberg Health Sciences Building with an option to also attend via Zoom.
