Olga Khodakivska, MD

Olga Khodakivska, MD, is Board Certified in Neurology with fellowship training in Epilepsy. She is located in Palm Springs at the Eisenhower Health Center at South Palm Canyon.

After working as a neurologist in the Ukraine for 12 years, Dr. Khodakivska came to the United States and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York and Neurology residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. She then completed fellowship in Epilepsy at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. Prior to joining Eisenhower Health, Dr. Khodakivska had a neurology practice in the Coachella Valley.
 
The daughter of a surgeon, Dr. Khodakivska has always been interested in medicine and becoming a physician. During medical school, her father had a stroke. It was during that experience she became interested in subspecializing in neurology.

Dr. Khodakivska treats her patients as if she was in their situation. “Treating my patients as if I was the patient, or as if they were a member of my family ensures that they receive the best care that I am capable of providing,” states Dr. Khodakivska. “I have long-term relationships with many of my patients and I enjoy our ongoing work together…of course with the goal of improving health and wellness, or managing the state of health that is before the patient.”
