Covered California Health Insurance Exchange provides a variety of options for those seeking insurance on the exchange. When you choose your insurance provider, make sure you're also choosing us. With Covered California — the choice is up to you.

Please refer to the list below for specific information about Covered California insurance and health plans accepted for Eisenhower hospital and clinic services.

The list of health plans at Eisenhower Health continues to grow. While every effort is made to ensure this list is current, please verify with your insurance before your visit. Insurance plans vary depending on the service being provided. Please call a Covered California Assistance resource (listed below) to learn if your plan is accepted by Eisenhower.

In the event that your insurance plan has not contracted for services with Eisenhower Health, you will be responsible for your bill and may receive partial payment from your insurer.

• Kaiser Permanente
  • • Inpatient and Urgent Care services access without restriction
    • Outpatient specialists access only with referral from a Kaiser provider
    • No access to primary care physicians (must use Kaiser primary care physicians)
