UC San Diego Health Cancer Network Affiliation
Since 2017 Eisenhower Lucy Curci Cancer Center has been affiliated with UC San Diego Health, home of Moores Cancer Center, a National Cancer Institute-designated Cancer Center and member of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network, an alliance of the world's leading cancer centers that treat patients with a broad spectrum of cancers and are recognized for dealing with complex, aggressive or rare cancer. This affiliation has yielded an ever-growing array of vital new resources for desert residents who would otherwise have to travel out of the area for advanced cancer care. more

Cancer Clinical Trials
Clinicians at Eisenhower Lucy Curci Cancer Center continue to take part in groundbreaking research, including: interventional cardiology, orthopedics, novel biotherapies in oncology, targeted or immunotherapies based on molecular profile of cancer, early detection of cancer via specialized imaging, drugs aimed at improving survival of HIV patients, and use of integrative therapies to reduce side effects related to cancer treatment. more
Cancer Program Annual Report
Eisenhower recently developed strategic plans for each of its areas of service, beginning with Oncology, the development of which was steered by Steven Plaxe, MD, Director of Eisenhower Lucy Curci Cancer Center and Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology, and Katie Schnaser, Chief Administrative Officer of the Cancer Service Line.
