Nutrition is a key component in overall health. The Tamkin Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation team at the Renker Wellness Center are experts in their fields and many specialize in whole food, plant-based nutrition with a special interest in diabetes. Our team works with individuals to build a healthy relationship with food and to achieve a better quality of life.

- Increasing whole fruits and vegetables and eating a more plant-based diet can help improve your body cells’ ability to operate at peak efficiency. ²
