OB Pre-Registration

We strongly recommend that you pre-register during your second trimester so you can be admitted as rapidly as possible when labor begins.

In order to pre-register, you will need to establish a MyChart account (electronic medical record). You can click here to sign up for MyChart. Once you have established a MyChart account, you can pre-register for your delivery and pre-register for OB services.

Pre-Register in Person

Registration must be completed in person at Eisenhower Medical Center. You can pre-register by going to the Eisenhower Main Admitting area next to the lobby, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. No appointment is necessary. Please bring your driver’s license or state identification card and insurance card when you come in to the hospital.
