How to Schedule an Eisenhower Desert Orthopedic Center appointment:

1. Call 760-568-2684
   OR
2. You can schedule an appointment online with Eisenhower Desert Orthopedic Center through MyChart (electronic medical record).

How to Schedule an Eisenhower Desert Orthopedic Center appointment after logging in to MyChart:

1. Click open the Menu
2. Click Schedule an Appointment
3. On the right side, under Tell us why you’re coming in, click Orthopedic or Interventional Pain Provider Visit
4. Under What Kind of appointment are your scheduling?, click Orthopedic or Interventional Pain Provider Visit — at the bottom of the page, under Would you like to schedule online?, click Yes, click Continue, and answer the questions that are provided.
