Nursing Excellence Nomination 2024

Eisenhower Health's Nursing Excellence Awards formally recognize clinical nurses for their efforts to promote and advance the nursing profession, for displaying caring and commitment to patients, families and co-workers, and for demonstrating leadership in the nursing profession.

  • The Nursing Excellence Awards formally recognize clinical nurses (registered nurses who provide direct care). Nurse Leaders are not eligible for these awards.
  • The Nursing Excellence nomination process is only open to current Eisenhower Health staff members. You will be asked to verify your identity with your Eisenhower email address and PIN. Nominations submitted that cannot be verified will be discarded.
