This designation reflects Eisenhower Health’s commitment to providing the highest quality care for older adults by consistently practicing the 4Ms Framework: What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility. Over the past several months, Eisenhower Health has tracked and measured its delivery of these evidence-based elements of care across multiple settings, including its emergency department, primary and specialty care clinics.
